The Website Growth Review is a professional advisory service. I review your website and deliver a written PDF report covering up to ten areas of website performance, across up to 25 pages.

The report is a professional opinion and advisory document. It is not a technical implementation service, and I do not make changes to your website as part of this engagement.
Some findings may require a developer to implement. The report will indicate where this applies.
The fee for the Website Growth Review is $129 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency at the time of payment).
After submitting your request form, I will send you a payment link via your agreed payment method. Work commences within 48 hours of payment being received and confirmed.
Payment is due before work begins. I reserve the right to decline any request at my discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.
I aim to deliver the completed report within 48 hours of commencing work. This is a target, not a contractual guarantee. Delays caused by circumstances outside my control (including but not limited to illness, technical failures, or force majeure) will not constitute a breach of these terms.
The report will be delivered as a PDF to the email address you provided in your request form.
EU and UK consumers — cancellation notice: By requesting this service and making payment, you expressly request that I begin work before the 14-day statutory cancellation period expires, and you acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once the report has been delivered.
Once the report has been delivered, no refund is available. The deliverable is an advisory document and its value is not contingent on you agreeing with or acting upon its findings.
If I am unable to deliver the report (for any reason), you will receive a full refund.
If you believe the report materially failed to cover the scope described in Section 2, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will review the matter.
The report I deliver to you is for your personal and business use. You may share it internally within your organisation, and you may implement the recommendations.
You may not resell, republish, or present the report as your own work. The underlying methodology, structure, and template used to produce the report remain my intellectual property.
Any information you share with me about your business, website, or strategy in connection with this engagement will be treated as confidential. I will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver the service (for example, accessing your website).
I may use anonymised, non-attributable insights from my reviews to improve my methodology or to write general educational content. I will not identify your business or reproduce your website content in any public context without your consent.
The Website Growth Review is a professional opinion. I make no guarantee that implementing the recommendations will result in a specific improvement in traffic, conversions, leads, or revenue.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, my total liability to you in connection with this service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the review.
I am not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of or reliance on the report.
Nothing in these terms limits my liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
I may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs your engagement. The current version is always available at madhunairco.com/terms.html.
